Returns & Refunds Policy
Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods, or the day a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, or you provide evidence that they have been returned, we will issue a refund:
Within 14 days of receipt or proof of return
Using the same payment method used for the original transaction
With no processing fees
Delivery & Shipping Costs
Outbound (Original) Delivery
If you cancel within the 14-day cancellation period, we will refund the cost of standard delivery (if charged).
If you selected an express or premium delivery service, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
Return Postage
If you are returning goods due to change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will refund the reasonable return postage cost or provide a prepaid return option where available.
Lost in Transit
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit by the delivery provider, we will offer either:
A replacement, or
A full refund, including any standard delivery charges.
Orders will only be considered lost after a reasonable investigation period with the courier.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days
The goods must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Goods which deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date
Goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at adele@adelesbeauty.com with your order number and supporting details.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for returning goods safely unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
